摘要
目的了解鹤山市噪声接触在岗工人的体检情况,为今后职业性噪声聋防治提供资料。方法按照GBZ188《职业健康监护技术规范》的规定,对接触噪声的在岗工人进行体检,并对体检结果进行分析,以纯音听阈测试结果为主要统计项目。结果男性的听力损失率高于女性(χ2=5.19,P<0.05);不同工种间的听力受损情况有统计学意义(χ2=28.98,P<0.01);焊工的听力受损率显著高于其他工种(χ2=18.54,P<0.01);听力受损情况为工龄10年以上>3~10年>1~3年(χ2分别为5.58,51.72和51.50,P<0.05)。结论职业性噪声聋的防治应由企业和职防部门共同努力,本市的预防工作应首先以男性、焊工和工龄10年以上的工人为重点。
Objective To analyze the results of vocational health examination of workers exposed to noise,and to provide fundamental data for hearing loss prevention and treatment. Methods The noise- exposed workers were conducted vocational health examined according to the requirements of GBZ188'Technical specification for occupational health surveillance'。The results of pure tone threshold audiometry were the major statistical item. Results Male hearing loss rate was higher than that of female(χ2= 5. 19,P < 0. 05). There was statistical significance among different types of hearing impairment(χ2= 28. 98,P < 0. 01). The hearing impairment rate of welder was higher than the other work types(χ2=18. 54,P < 0. 01). The hearing abnormal rate:workers with 10 years working seniority > 3- 10 years > 1- 3 years(χ2= 5. 58,51. 72,51. 50,all P < 0. 05). Conclusion The prevention and treatment of occupational noise- induced deafness warrants the joint of enterprises and occupation disease prevention and control department,and the vulnerable population is male,welders and that over 10 years of service workers.
