摘要
高职教育作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,在提升国民素质中扮演着重要角色。目前,高职院校人文素质教育存在重视程度不够、生源基础薄弱、教学内容针对性不强、校园文化环境缺少人文气息等问题。对此,高职院校需要在完善课程体系、建设人文校园环境、培养具有人文情怀师资队伍、采取文化视角进行教学等方面着力加强。
As an important part of China’s higher education, higher vocational colleges play an important role in improving the national quality. At present, there exist problems in the humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges, such as insufficient attention,weak foundation of students, weak pertinence of teaching contents and the lack of humanistic atmosphere in campus cultural environment.In this regard, higher vocational colleges need to focus on improving the curriculum system, building a humanistic campus environment,cultivating teachers with humanistic feelings, and carrying out teaching from a cultural perspective.
