摘要
小型猪与人的解剖结构、生理学特征极其相似,近年来作为新型发展的动物模型,广泛应用于生物医学研究的各个领域。本文主要介绍了小型猪在消化系统、呼吸系统、心血管系统及泌尿生殖系统等医学研究领域的实验模型种类及应用现状,为各系统的相关疾病研究和治疗提供参考依据。
In recent years,minipigs were widely used in various aspects of biomedical research as an emerging animal model because of their similar anatomical structures and physiology to human.The paper had introduced different types and current application status of the minipig models in the medical research fields such as digestive system,respiratory system,cardiovascular system,urinary system and reproductive system.It had also provided reference for the research and treatment of related diseases in various systems.
