摘要
利用涤纶和棉两种纤维纯纺纱的拉伸曲线 ,从理论上预测细号涤与棉混纺纱的拉伸性能 ,并在试验的基础上建立细号涤纶的含量和混纺纱强伸性能之间的关系 ;比较了同样混纺比情况下 ,常规涤棉混纺纱与细号涤与棉混纺纱强伸性能的差异。分析结果认为 ,同一混纺比细号涤与棉混纺纱的强力比常规的涤棉混纺纱高 15 % ;不同细度涤纤维的混纺比例对混纺纱的强伸性能影响趋势基本一致 ,临界混纺比也相差不大。
By using of the tensile curve of polyester fibre and cotton fibre two pure yarn, the strength & extension performanc of fine count polyester & cotton blended yarn is predicted in theory. The relation between content of fine count polyester and strength & extension performance of blended yarn is built on experiment. The difference of strength & extension performance between normal polyester & cotton blended yarn and fine count polyester & cotton blended yarn is compared on the same blending ratio. Then the analysis result shows: the spinning strength of fine count polyester & cotton blended yarn is superior 15% to that of normal polyester & cotton blended yarn. Blending ratio of different fineness polyester fibre has the mostly same influence on blending strength & extension performance and critical blending ratio of different fineness polyester fibre has a small difference.
