摘要
分析了Modal棉混纺纱的条干CV、毛羽及拉伸性能与混纺比之间的关系,试验结果表明,不论是29.15 tex还是14.5 tex混纺纱,其条干CV、毛羽指数和拉伸性能,随着混纺比的变化规律基本相同,并不是随着Modal纤维含量的增加而一直改善或恶化,而是随着Modal含量的减少先得到改善,而后又在某处恶化,再改善再恶化的规律变化,在实际生产中,应避开这一混纺比。
Relation of evenness CV, hairiness, tensile property and blending ratio was analyzed. The result shows——both 29.15 tex blended yarn and 14.5 tex blended yarn have same regularity of evenness CV, hairiness index and tensile property with the blending ratio changing. Indexes of evenness CV, hairiness index and tensile property is not improving or worsening with the increasing of Model fiber content, and the indexes first improved and then worsened with the decreasing of Model fiber content, and the changing is recycled. In practice, this blending ratio should not be choser.
