摘要
主要探讨纬编针织工艺对导电纤维编织难度的影响因素,提出以实验的方法对编织难度分级描述的评价方法。分析讨论了不锈钢金属、碳和镀银3种不同导电纤维在纬编单面平针和双罗纹组织的情况下,采用不同的编织工艺参数对编织难度的影响趋势,以实现编织工艺的优化,这也为合理选择导电纤维纱线和优化纬编编织工艺做出了新的尝试。
The effect of the knitting process on the conductive fiber kintted difficulty is discussed in this paper. A evaluative method based on experience for describing different knitting difficulty is presented. In addition, this paper analysed and discussed the stainless steel metals, organic carbon and silver plated conductive fiber knitted difficulty infective trend because of different knitting technology on weft single-side plain stitch and double-side rib stitch. The results showed that there was optimization of knitting technology, it was also a new attempt for reasonably choose conductive fiber and optimize weft knitting technology.
