玻纤捆绑纱双轴向经编碳纤维增强复合材料拉伸性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了探讨玻璃纤维捆绑纱对复合材料拉伸性能的影响,对使用高性能玻璃纤维作为捆绑纱的双轴向碳纤维织物以及复合材料进行了拉伸性能测试,分析了材料的破坏模式以及影响因素。结果表明,使用玻纤捆绑纱并未提高增强织物的经向和45°的拉伸强度;玻纤捆绑纱可改善树脂浸渍,减少捆绑纱附近的应力集中,增强碳纤维层间的结合,大大提高碳纤维断裂同时性,从而提高其拉伸性能。捆绑纱相同时,经平组织试样经向强度优于编链组织,凸显了玻纤纱的优势,材料的拉伸性能更好。 In order to study the effect of glass-fiber binder yarn on tensile properties of composites,we tested the tensile properties of biaxial carbon warp-knitted fabrics and its reinforced composites which use high performance glass-fiber as binder yarn,analyzed failure modes of materials and influencing factors.The results show that glass-fiber doesn't improve the tensile properties of reinforced fabrics in warp and 45°direction.However,glass-fiber binder yarn improves impregnation of resin,decreases stress concentration around binder yarn,enhances the interlayer bonding of carbon fabric,and greatly increases carbon fibers' fracture simultaneity.Thus tensile properties of composites are improved.Tensile properties in warp of tricot stitch structure are better than chain stitch structure when binder yarns are the same.So tricot stitch structure could display the advantage of glass-fiber yarn and higner the tensile properties of composite.
