摘要
对高性能纤维纬编针织物增强复合材料所用纤维、组织结构和成形工艺进行分析。指出目前应用较多的高性能纤维有玻璃纤维、芳纶纤维、碳纤维、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维等,等离子体改性、超声波浸渍改性、化学沉积改性处理方法能够有效提高这些纤维的界面结合力。常用的纬编针织物结构主要有单面纬平针、双面罗纹及其变化组织,其中1+1变化纬平针制备的纬编针织物增强复合材料中高性能纤维体积含量较高。成形工艺多采用手糊成形、模压成形、树脂传递模塑成形和铺层成形工艺。该研究可为提升高性能纤维纬编针织物增强复合材料整体性能提供参考。
The fiber, structure and forming process of high performance fiber weft knitted fabric reinforced composite were analyzed. At present, high performance fibers such as glass fiber, aramid fiber and carbon fiber are widely used. Meanwhile, plasma modification, ultrasonic impregnation modification and chemical deposition modification treatment can effectively improve the interface bonding strength of these fibers. The structure of weft knitting mainly consists of single side plain stitch, double side rib and its variation, among which, the volume content of high performance fiber in the weft knitted fabric reinforced composite prepared by 1+1 varying weft plain stitch is higher. The common molding process includes hand layup, molding, resin transfer molding and layer molding. It provides reference for improving the overall performance of high performance fiber weft knitted fabric reinforced composite.
