摘要
采用无碱玻璃纤维纱线在电脑横机上编织了4种不同组织结构的纬编针织物作为复合材料增强体,基体选用环氧树脂,利用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)成型工艺加工成型。测试了4种纬编针织增强复合材料的横向、斜向和纵向的拉伸性能,并对拉伸性能曲线、浮线对横向拉伸的影响以及复合材料拉伸强度的各向异性进行了分析。结果表明:玻璃纤维纱线在复合材料中的取向度和浮线的长短都对复合材料的拉伸强度有很大的影响;纬编针织复合材料拉伸强度的各向异性显著。
Four different organizational structures of weft knitted fabric were woven by using E-glass fiber yarn on computerized flat knitting machine as reinforced composite body. The matrix adopted epoxy resin and vacuum-assisted resin transfer molding( VARTM) was used to process molding. Tensile tests were carried out in the course and wale directions and from the aspects such as tensile performance curve,the impact on the floating line and the transverse stretching to stretch of the amount of anisotropy were analyzed. The results show that the tensile strength of the composites is influenced by the degree of orientation and the length of the float line for glass fiber yarn in the composite. The anisotropy of weft knitted composite tensile strength is significant.
