摘要
介绍了用数字信号处理器(DSP)电机控制器控制复合纤维帘子布卷绕张力恒定的原理及方法,阐述了控制模型和应用软件编程时的注意事项,探讨了实现张力自适应性控制的有效途径。结果表明:采用自适应控制方法使DSP芯片发挥了核心器件的控制作用,性能可靠,采集数据正确,实现了帘子布卷绕中卷绕恒张力控制的目的。
The working principle and method of digital signal processor (DSP) of motor controller were introduced for controlling constant winding tension of composite tire cord. The programming precaution of control model and application software was described. The efficient approaches of realizing adaptive tension control system were discussed. The results showed that the adap- tive control system helped DSP chip to operate the control function as a core unit. The method was reliable and accurate in collecting data and realizing the purpose of constant winding tension control during the winding process of tire cord.
