摘要
针对原卷绕线控制系统中存在的诸多问题,在对自动卷绕线构成及收卷张力控制深入研究的基础上,提出采用直流调速器6RA70,S7-300 PLC和WINCC组成的基于Profibus-DP总线的控制系统来取代原系统。介绍了Profibus-DP的直流调速器控制系统的组成。对直流调速器6RA70的各个参数设置进行分析,并对该控制系统中S7-300与直流调速器6RA70之间的通信与参数设置进行研究。给出了6RA70接收和发送数据的程序流程。改造后自动卷绕线优良的调速及张力控制性能验证了新控制系统的可行性与正确性。
The quality of control decides the product quality and productivity. There are many disadvantages in the automatic winding control system. The composition of automatic winding and the tension control system wind-up are researched, and the Profibus-DP bus based control system with the DC speed-adjusting device 6RA70, S7-300 PLC and WINCC is built. Introducing the Profibus-DP based control system with the DC speed-adjusting device, the parameter setting of 6RA70 is analyzed. The communication principle and parameter setting with S7-300 and 6RA70 are researched, and the program flow of receive and transmitter data is given. The excellent operating performance of the automatic winding proved that the control system proposed by this paper is feasible and valid.
