摘要
《旅行社经营管理》一直是本科旅游管理专业的核心主干课程,课程相关内容因此成为旅游学术研究的主要对象。本文首先采用网络查询、文献查找、访谈调查等方法,发现当前该课程在教学过程中普遍存在:内容陈旧且不够系统、教师理论欠佳且实践不足、课程评价简单且效果较差等突出问题。然后从《旅行社经营管理》课程与旅行社行业标准融合的角度,提出'课程内容融合、教师理念融合、教学评价融合'三种方法,以此来对课程教学实施进行优化。
'Travel Agency Management'has always been the core main course of undergraduate tourism management,and the content of the course has become the main target of tourism academic research.This paper firstly uses network query,literature search,interview survey and other methods to find that the current course is common in the teaching process:the old and not systematic,the poor teacher theory and practice,the simple evaluation of the course and the poor effect.Then,from the perspective of the integration of the'Travel Agency Management'course and industry standards,the three methods of'course content integration,teacher concept integration,and teaching evaluation integration'are proposed to optimize the curriculum teaching implementation.
