摘要
全球化的冲击给旅游业的发展带来了机遇和挑战，对未来旅游管理人才素质提出了新的要求，通过对旅游业全球化的特征、世界旅游业发展态势及中国高等旅游教育现状的分析。
Globalization has brought opportunities and challenges to the tourist industry. In the meanwhile, it has improved requests to tourist Manager. According to the feature of the tourist globalization,tendency of world's tourist industry and present situation of China higher tourist education, pointing out the difference of higher tourist education between China and the other country, the author puts forward the ways to realize the globalization of China higher tourist education in this paper.
