摘要
随着我国加入WTO，旅游市场全面开放，山东省旅游业得以迅猛发展，南山旅游产业也不例外。目前大学英语教学存在着一些问题，如培养目标模糊、师资力量薄弱、教学手段落后，课程设置杂乱，理论教学与实践教学脱轨等。针对这一现象，建议及时优化产教结构布局，加强师资力量，改革教学手段和课程设置，不断提高教学质量，为建设特色教学做出贡献。
As our country joins WTO, the tourism market opens in and all-round way, the tourism industry of Shandong will develop rapidly, and also Nanshan tourism industries are. At present, there are some problems in Nanshan senior education, especially the College English Teaching - an immediate relative of Nanshan tourism industries. For instance, training object is fuzzy, teacher strength is weak, teaching devices have been out of date, the course arrangement is disorder, theoretical teaching disconnected from practical teaching and so on. The problems could be solved by Optimizing the structure of education and production immediately, strengthening teachers＇ power, reforming the teaching devices and course arrangement, developing the teaching quality constantly to make a contribution to the characteristic teaching of our college.
