同伴压力知觉与青少年自杀意念:侵入性反刍和回避应对的链式中介作用 被引量:30

Relationship between Peer Pressure Perception and Suicidal Ideation in Adolescents:Multiple Mediating Effect of Intrusive Rumination and Avoidance Coping

摘要 目的:探究侵入性反刍和回避应对策略在高中生同伴压力知觉与自杀意念之间的中介作用。方法:以上海高中生为被试,采用中学生应激源量表、青少年自杀意念量表、应对方式问卷、事件相关反刍量表以班级为单位进行团体施测,有效数据为1372份。结果:①相关分析发现,同伴压力知觉、侵入性反刍、回避应对和自杀意念呈显著正相关;②链式中介效应检验表明,同伴压力知觉直接影响其自杀意念;同时存在三条间接路径:同伴压力知觉通过侵入性反刍和回避应对方式的链式中介作用影响自杀意念;同伴压力知觉通过侵入性反刍影响自杀意念;同伴压力知觉通过回避应对影响自杀意念。结论:侵入性反刍和回避应对方式在同伴压力知觉与高中生的自杀意念关系中起链式中介作用。 Objective:To explore the chain mediating effect of intrusive rumination and avoidance coping between peer pressure perception and suicidal ideation in high school students.Methods:1372 high school students in Shanghai participated in the present study.The Middle School Student Stressor Scale,the Event Related Rumination Inventory(ERRI),the Self-Report Coping Scale(SCS),and the Positive and Negative Affect Schedule Scale were used.Results:①Correlation analysis showed that peer pressure,intrusive rumination,Avoidance coping and suicidal ideation were significantly and positively correlated with each other;②Multiple mediation modeling indicated peer pressure directly affected suicidal ideation,and indirectly affected suicidal ideation through three paththrough multiple mediating role of intrusive rumination and avoidance coping;secondly,partly through the mediating effect of intrusive rumination and thirdly,partly through the mediating effect of avoidance coping.Conclusion:Intrusive rumination and Avoidance coping exert a multiple mediating effect on the relationship between peer stress and suicidal ideation.
