摘要
幸福感是学生全面发展的必要基础,也是学校教育质量的重要体现。PISA2018结果显示,我国四省市学生幸福感普遍不高,具体表现在学生学校归属感与生活满意度不高、负向情绪学生比例高、自我效能感不高、普遍害怕失败等方面。究其原因,这与我国四省市学生学业压力大,家长、教师支持度不够,以及学生个体因素密切相关。但也要注意,学生幸福感测量存在文化差异,需要辩证看待学生幸福感与其学业成绩的关系,应多方协同、共同配合提升学生幸福感,并关注幸福感易低学生群体。
Students’Well-being is the necessary foundation of students’all-round development,and also the important embodiment of school education quality.PISA 2018 results show that students’Well-being four provinces and cities in China is generally not high,which is reflected in the following aspects:low sense of school belonging and life satisfaction,high proportion of students with negative emotions,low sense of self-efficacy,general fear of failure,etc.The reasons are closely related to the high academic pressure of students in four provinces,the insufficient support of parents and teachers,and the individual factors of students.However,it should also be noted that there are cultural differences in PISA’s measurement of students’well-being.We should treat the relationship between students’well-being and their academic achievements dialectically,collaboratively improve students’well-being,and pay attention to the groups of students with low well-being.
