摘要
目的探讨抑郁症患者伴发睡眠障碍的影响因素,为临床制定有效的干预措施提供依据。方法取2015年6月至2017年3月医院收治的抑郁症患者90例,根据是否伴发睡眠障碍分为抑郁症组(n=64例)和合并睡眠障碍组(n=26)。采用医院自拟问卷调查表及相关量表对2组年龄、受教育年限、首发症状、抑郁症状、焦虑症状、社会支持进行统计,并完成单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析。结果单因素结果表明:抑郁症患者伴发睡眠障碍发生率与外倾性、精神质、正性生活、积极应对、客观社会支持及支持利用度无统计学意义(P>0.05);抑郁症患者伴发睡眠障碍与抑郁症状、焦虑症状、精神质、负性生活及主观社会支持关系密切(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果表明:抑郁症患者伴发睡眠障碍与抑郁症状、焦虑症状、精神质、负性生活及主观社会支持关系密切(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症患者伴发睡眠障碍发生率较高,其影响因素相对较多,临床上应根据影响因素制定有效的预防措施,降低睡眠障碍发生率。
Objective to explore influencing factors of sleep disorders of depression patients, and provide evidence for effective clinical intervention. Methods choose 90 cases depression patients treated in our hospital from June 2015 to March 2017, divide them into depression group(n=64 cases) and sleep disorder group(n=26) based on having sleep disorders or not. Carry on statistics of age, years of education, initial symptoms, depressive symptoms, anxiety symptoms and social support of two groups by hospital made questionnaire and related scales, and complete single and multi factors Logistic regression analysis. Results single factor results showed sleep disorders incidence of depression patients had no statistical significance with extraversion, psychoticism, positive life, positive coping, objective social support and support utilization(P>0.05); which has close relationship with depression symptoms, anxiety symptoms, psychoticism, negative life and objective social support(P<0.05); multi factors Logistic regression analysis showed: sleep disorders of depression patients has close relationship with depression symptoms, anxiety symptoms, psychoticism, negative life and objective social support(P< 0.05). Conclusion sleep disorders of depression patients has high incidence, and many influencing factors relatively. Clinically, it is necessary to make effective preventive measures based on influencing factors, and reduce incidence of sleep disorders.
