摘要
目的研究偏头痛伴发睡眠障碍、抑郁、焦虑的临床情况,分析其对患者残疾程度的影响。方法抽取本院2020年1月-2021年10月收治的60例患者设为分析组,均确诊为偏头痛,同期选择健康体检者60例设为对比组。2组对象均采取头痛影响测验(HIT-6)调查问卷、偏头痛残疾程度评估量表(MIDAS)、匹兹堡睡眠量(PSQI)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)等进行评估,对比2组PSQI量表各因子评分及睡眠障碍、抑郁、焦虑等发生率,并评估不同偏头痛患者HIT-6、MIDAS评分情况。结果与对比组比较,分析组PSQI量表各因子评分的结果均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对比组比较,分析组睡眠障碍、抑郁、焦虑等发生率的结果均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与偏头痛不伴睡眠障碍、抑郁、焦虑者比较显示,伴发前述症状患者的HIT-6、MIDAS评分结果均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论偏头痛极易伴发睡眠障碍、抑郁、焦虑等精神心理症状,这些症状是导致患者功能残疾的关键因素,所以临床治疗期间需辅助抗抑郁、抗焦虑、缓解睡眠障碍等治疗,以保障疗效,缓解患者痛苦。
Objective To study clinical situation of migraine accompanied by sleep disorder,depression and anxiety,and analyze its effect on disability degree of patients.Methods The paper chose 60 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 as analysis group,diagnosed with migraine,and 60 healthy people as control group at the same time.Subjects in two groups were assessed by Headache Impact Test(HIT-6)questionnaire,Migraine Disability Assessment Scale(MIDAS),Pittsburgh Sleep Inventory(PSQI),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).Scores of each factor of PSQI scale and incidence of sleep disorders,depression,anxiety,etc.between two groups were compared,and HIT-6 and MIDAS scores of different migraine patients were evaluated.Results Each factor scores of PSQI scale in analysis group were higher than control group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).incidence of sleep disorders,depression and anxiety in analysis group was higher than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).HIT-6 and MIDAS scores of patients with above symptoms were higher than migraine patients without sleep disorder,depression and anxiety,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Migraine is easily accompanied by psychosocial symptoms of sleep disorder,depression,anxiety,etc,which are key factors leading to functional disability of patients.Therefore,during clinical treatment,it is necessary to carry on assisted treatment of antidepressant,anti-anxiety,and relieving sleep disorder to ensure effect and alleviate pains of patients.
