摘要
本文使用'中国教育追踪调查研究计划'(CEPS)中,'首都大学生成长跟踪调查'课题组2009-2012年对北京市部分高校毕业生起薪的相关调查数据,以'五因素模型'为理论框架选择回归变量,分析了非认知因素对大学毕业生起薪的影响。研究发现,非认知能力确实对大学生求职者的工资收入存在一定的影响,但并非所有的非认知能力都会对大学生求职者工资收入存在显著影响。本文建议:提高包括非认知能力在内的高等教育质量,为大学生提供多样化的学习机会和多元的学习空间,形成注重能力提升的高等教育人才培养制度和体系。
In this paper, relevant survey data of China Education of Panel Survey(CEPS) in the Capital University Student from 2009 to 2012 was used,the 'five-factor model' is used as the theoretical framework to select the regression variable, analyzing the impact of non-cognitive factors on the starting salary of university graduates. The study found that non-cognitive ability did have a certain impact on the wage income of college students’ job seekers,but not all non-cognitive factors have a significant impact on job seekers’ wage income. It is recommended to improve the quality of higher education,including non-cognitive ability, provide students with diversified learning opportunities and diverse learning space, and form a personnel training system of higher education.
