摘要
目的:总结优质护理在提升门诊导医护理质量中的应用效果。方法:选择2016年4月—2017年10月为研究时间段,以我院门诊部为研究实践点,将优质护理服务开展时间为分界点分为两组,即优质护理服务开展前(2016年4月—2016年12月)100例患者纳入对照组,开展后(2017年1月—2017年10月)100例患者纳入实验组,对比两组患者护理满意度、护理纠纷发生率、服务质量。结果:实验组导医各项护理质量评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者对于护理人员仪表举止、预检分诊、服务态度、沟通能力、健康宣教、专业水平等满意率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理纠纷发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务应用于门诊导医护理工作中效果确切,有助于提升导医工作质量,提升患者满意度,并降低纠纷的发生,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To summarize the application effect of high quality nursing in improving the quality of out-patient guide medical care. Methods Select April 2016-2017 in October for the study period, the outpatient clinic in our hospital as the practice point of practice, the quality of care services to the demarcation point is divided into two groups, namely, quality care services before(2016.4-2016.12) 100 patients were included in the control group, after the launch(2017.1-2017.10) 100 patients were included in the experimental group, compared the two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing care, incidence of nursing disputes, quality of service. Results The experimental group guide the quality of nursing medicine scores were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); patients in the experimental group for nursing instrument bearing, triage, service attitude, communication skills, health education, professional level of satisfaction rate was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); the experimental group of nursing disputes were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality nursing service in outpatient guidance and nursing work is effective, which helps to improve the quality of medical guidance, improve patient satisfaction and reduce the incidence of disputes, and is worthy of clinical application.
