摘要
目的观察以患者为中心的优质护理在门诊分诊护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月我院门诊收治的患者98例,按照就诊的先后顺序分为两组各49例。对照组采用常规门诊分诊护理,实验组采用以患者为中心的优质护理。比较两组的就诊等候时间、不良心理状态及护理满意度。结果实验组的就诊等候时间为(12.50±2.19)min,显著短于对照组的(25.19±2.85)min(P<0.05)。护理前,两组的SAS评分、SDS评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组的SAS评分、SDS评分均显著低于护理前,且实验组的SAS评分、SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组的护理满意度为97.96%,显著高于对照组的61.22%(P<0.05)。结论以患者为中心的优质护理应用于门诊分诊护理可显著缩短患者的就诊等候时间,改善不良心理状态,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the application effect of patient-centered quality nursing in out-patient triage nursing.Methods 98 patients admitted to out-patient clinic of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the sequence of admission,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine out-patient triage nursing,and the experimental group received patient-centered quality nursing.The waiting time for treatment,adverse psychological state and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results The waiting time for treatment of experimental group was(12.50±2.19)min,significantly shorter than(25.19±2.85)min of control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,no significant difference was found in SAS score and SDS score between two groups(P>0.05);After nursing,the SAS scores and SDS scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before nursing,and the SAS score and SDS score of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of experimental group was 97.96%,significantly higher than 61.22%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Patient-centered quality nursing applied in out-patient triage nursing can significantly shorten patients'waiting time for treatment,improve adverse psychological state,and improve nursing satisfaction degree,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
