摘要
目的:分析以患者为中心的优质门诊护理在门诊患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年6月仁怀市人民医院门诊患者100例作为研究对象,以抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施以患者为中心的优质门诊护理。比较两组护理质量、就诊等候时间、护患纠纷发生率、心理状态和护理满意度。结果:观察组医护沟通、护理态度、护理技术、安全服务评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组就诊等候时间短于对照组,护患纠纷发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组病史询问、病情观察、初步判断、分诊指导、安抚情绪评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:以患者为中心的优质门诊护理在门诊患者中的应用效果显著,能够缩短患者就诊等候时间,降低护患纠纷发生率,改善患者负性情绪,提高护理质量与护理满意度。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of patient-centered high-quality outpatient care in outpatients.Methods:A total of 100 outpatients of Renhuai People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random lot method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine care and the observation group received patient-centered high-quality outpatient care.The nursing quality,waiting time of treatment,incidence of nurse-patient disputes,mental state and nursing satisfaction in two groups were compared.Results:The scores of medical communication,nursing attitude,nursing technology and safety service in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The waiting time of treatment in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of medical history inquiry,condition observation,preliminary judgment,triage guidance and soothing emotion in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Patient-centered high-quality outpatient care has significant application effects in outpatients,and can shorten the waiting time of treatment,reduce the incidence of nurse-patient disputes,improves patients'negative emotions,and comprehensively improves nursing quality and nursing sat
