The one--stop service center is an important window for outpatients. The paper summed up the application of high--quality care in the outpatient one--stop service center from several aspects including rational allocation of human resources, implementation of pre--service training, standardize nurse dress, appointment registration, reception for handling complaints, implementation of the convenience measures.
