基于现有导医管理经验及存在问题的探索与展望 被引量:1

摘要 导医服务已是目前门诊服务领域中不可缺少的内容之一,一支好的导医队伍,不仅为患者提供了更多的便捷服务,而且为提升医院形象、提高整个医疗服务水平发挥着重要作用.本文介绍了一家大型综合性中医医院在导医管理方面的实际工作,阐述了该院导医的工作职责、导医培训、激励机制等方面的管理经验,同时对医院在导医管理中存在的问题进行分析.最后在以上基础上,作者对未来导医的职业发展及管理模式进行了探讨与展望,指出了在未来导医管理中,应拓宽导医服务领域,提升导医服务内涵,使导医这一职业在医疗服务中发挥更大作用. Guiding services is currently one of the indispensable content in outpatient services, a good medical guiding nurse i team, not only provide more convenient servicesfor patients,and to improve the image of the hospital, improve the level of the whole medical service plays an important role.This paper introduces a large comprehensive hospital oftraditional Chinese medicine in Medical guide management practical work, this paper expounds the hospital medical guiding nurse responsibilities, medical guiding nurses training andincentive mechanism of management experience, at the same time the problems existing in the management of hospital in Medical guider were analyzed. Finally on the basis of above,the author medical guiding nurses career development and management model for the future are discussed in this paper and prospect, points out the Guiding service management in thefuture, should broaden the consulting service, enhance the connotation of consulting service , make the profession Medical guider play a bigger role in the health service.
