摘要
目的研究人工流产刮宫围术期中疼痛规范化管理的应用价值。方法以我院2017年10月—2019年10月接诊的人工流产刮宫患者60例作为对象,利用电脑随机双盲法划分成试验组、对照组,每组30例。试验组围术期实行疼痛规范化管理,对照组实行常规护理。分析2组疼痛程度的缓解情况,调查患者满意度,并对其作出对比。结果试验组重度疼痛0例、中度疼痛6例、轻度疼痛18例、无痛6例,对照组依次有4例、19例、6例和1例,组间对比有显著差异,P<0.05。试验组患者满意度96.67%,比对照组76.67%高,组间对比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论采取疼痛规范化管理法对人工流产刮宫患者进行干预,可有效减轻其疼痛程度,提高患者满意度,建议推广。
Objective To study the application value of standardized management of pain in the perioperative period of curettage of induced abortion.Methods 60 cases of curettage patients of induced abortion received in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group.The standardized management of pain was carried out in the experimental group and routine nursing was carried out in the control group.The pain relief of the two groups was analyzed,the patients'satisfaction was investigated and compared.Results There were 0 cases of severe pain,6 cases of moderate pain,18 cases of mild pain,and 6 cases of painless in the test group.There were 4 cases,19 cases,6 cases,and 1 case in the control group in order.There were significant differences between the groups,P<0.05.The satisfaction rate of the patients in the test group was 96.67%,which was higher than that in the control group,76.67%.There was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized management of pain can effectively reduce the degree of pain and improve the patients'satisfaction.
