摘要
目的探究综合护理干预应用于药物流产不全清宫术的临床效果。方法选取100例药物流产不全行清宫术患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(采用常规护理)与观察组(采用综合护理干预),各50例。对比两组护理效果。结果相比对照组,观察组阴道出血量更少,且并发症发生率更低,护理后观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分更低(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度98.00%高于对照组的86.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对药物流产不全行清宫术患者,实施综合护理干预效果显著。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention applied to incomplete clearance of uterine abortion.Methods 1oo patients with medical abortion who underwent incomplete uterine clearance were selected and divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(comprehensive nursing intervention)according to random number table method,with 50 cases each.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had less vaginal bleeding and lower complication rate,and the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores were lower in the observation group after nursing(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 98.00%higher than that in the control group(86.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention is remarkable for the patients with medical abortion who have not performed uterine clearing.
