炫速双源CT心周脂肪及心外膜脂肪体积测定与冠状动脉粥样硬化的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨炫速双源CT心周脂肪及心外膜脂肪体积测定与冠状动脉粥样硬化(CAS)的相关性。方法:回顾以往4年我院放射科接收的174例CAS患者资料进行分析,根据检测结果分为两组,阴性组(60例)为测定阴性者,阳性组(114例)为测定阳性者,观察两组心周及心外膜CAS阳性、阴性脂肪体积及冠脉狭窄程度变化。结果:阴性组患者心周及心外膜脂肪体积指数显著低于阳性组(P<0.05);心周及心外膜脂肪体积各冠心病狭窄程度评估各程度指数同期对比具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:CAS患者心周脂肪体积变化与心外膜变化可影响疾病的发展,指数越高CAS狭窄程度越严重,运用价值显著。
