摘要
基于丁伯根改进的C-D生产函数模型,结合索洛余值法,分别测算了内蒙古林业三次产业在"九五"、"十五"、"十一五"和"十二五"前期的林业科技进步贡献率。结果显示:内蒙古林业第一产业平均科技贡献率最高,林业第三产业次之,林业第二产业科技贡献率最低,并在此基础上提出了相关建议,为内蒙古林业产业科技的发展提供借鉴。
It based on the Tinbergen improved C-D production function and the Solow residual value method to estimated the contribution ratio of forestry sci-tech progress of the three industries in Inner Mongolia forestry which during the period of“the Ninth Five”,“the Tenth Five”,“the Eleventh Five”and the previous three years of“the Twelfth Five”. The results show that the highest average contribution rate of sci-tech progress is the first industry, followed by the tertiary industry and then is the second industry of the Inner Mongolia forestry. On this basis, such proposals are put forward for the development of Inner Mongolia forestry industry.
