林业科技进步贡献率的测算与因子分析——以浙江省为例 被引量:10

摘要 以浙江省为例,在充分利用各种统计年鉴资料和参考文献的基础上,分析了浙江省的林业发展水平和现状。通过量化的指标,运用索洛余值法测算出浙江省林业第一、二、三产业的科技进步贡献率分别为43.86%、84.98%和20.11%,并对林业各产业产值、投资及劳动力增长和对产值的贡献情况在各产业之间做了横向比较。同时,对索洛余值法与C-D生产函数法的计算结果进行比较,得出前者测算的林业第一产业的科技进步贡献率较后者偏低,而科技进步对第二、三产业的贡献份额较后者偏高。另外,以劳动力素质为典型,分析了影响林业科技进步贡献率的因素在林业发展中的作用。根据以上分析总结了浙江省林业资源、第三产业以及劳动力素质方面存在的问题与不足,并提出相应的对策建议。 Taking Zhejiang province as an example, with fully using of various statistics yearbooks and reference material, the article analyzes the forestry development level and present situation of Zhejiang province. Through the quantitative indicators, the advance of science and technology of contribution rate was measured by using Solow residual value method. The first, second and third industries' rates of Zhejiang forestry were 43.86%, 84.98% and 20.11%. Then the output value of forestry industry, investment and growth of labor and the contribution of the output value in the horizontal comparison between industries. At the same time, comparing the different results from Solow residual value measure and C-D production function method, contributing conclusion that the former of the measure and the advance of science and technology of forestry first industry contribution rate is lower than the latter' s, and scientific while the contributions of technological progress to the second and third industry's value is higher than the latter' s. In addition to labor quality as a model, the impact of forestry science and technology progress in the contribution rate of the effect of the development of forestry factors were analyzed. Finally, according to above analysis to summarize some existing problems about the forest resources, the third industry of forestry and labor quality aspects, and then some countermeasures were put forward.
