摘要
文章首先利用苏南、苏中和苏北三区域1999—2007年间的数据,用索洛余值法得到资本产出弹性和劳动产出弹性,并计算分析了各区域历年的科技进步贡献率,发现总体上苏南地区科技进步贡献率高于苏中地区,苏中地区又高于苏北地区。在此基础上通过建立面板数据模型,对影响各区域科技进步贡献率的因素进行了实证分析。结果表明,影响三大区域科技进步贡献率的因素不尽相同,并且即使相同的因素对不同区域科技进步贡献率的影响程度也有较大差异。最后依据分析结果给出了提高江苏省科技进步贡献率的政策建议。
This paper firstly got the capital - output and labor - output flexibility through Solow residual value method by using the data of southern Jiangsu, central Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu from 1999 to 2007, and calculated the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress over the years. We found that, generally, southern Jiangsu was higher than central Jiangsu while central Jiangsu was higher than northern Jiangsu in terms of the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress. On this basis, this paper analyzed the affecting factors about the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress of Jiangsu province by establishing an panel data econometric model, and the results showed that the factors that affect the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress of three regions were different, even the same factor had great diversity in affecting the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress. Finally, this paper gave some policy recommendations to raise the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress of Jiangsu province.
