摘要
搭建了基于嵌入式系统的数字微流控芯片操纵平台,实现对片上液滴的自动化配发、检测和分选。将特定电极阵列结构的介电润湿(EWOD)芯片通过特制电路和基于STM32的控制电路结合,并利用荧光显微镜提供的光路,完成分选平台的硬件搭建。移植嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅲ到STM32芯片中,根据分选功能需求,划分功能任务,设计各任务程序及任务间通信方式,实现在芯片上按一定频率从包含荧光与非荧光微粒的混合液体中生成小液滴,并将小液滴运输至检测区,根据其荧光强度对其进行分选。本系统实现了对数字微流控芯片的自动化操控,为将数字微流控技术应用于细胞、蛋白质、微生物等领域的分选提供了便利。
We constructed an embedded based digital microfluidic chip controlling platform which can realize droplet automatic generation,detection and sorting.The platform was consisted of special designed EWOD chip,interface circuit,electrodes diiven circuit,signal modulation circuit,STM32 based control circuit and fluorescence microscope.An embedded real-time operating systemμC/OS-Ⅲ was transplanted into STM32 chip and task programs were developed and cooperated to realize function.Small droplets were generated from fluorescent-labeled or non-fluorescent-labeled particles mixed solution and sorted according to tbe fluorescent intensity after transported to detecting site.This platform realized automatic operation on digital microfluidic chip which would be useful for cell,protein and bacterium sorting.
