摘要 孵化技术是家禽孵化产业的关键技术之一,为解决目前孵化技术存在对孵化环境监测实时性、调控精准度不高等问题。设计出一种基于LoRa和NB-IoT物联网技术的可视化监控系统。该系统结合LoRa和NB-IoT两种物联网技术的优点,将孵化环境参数上传至OneNET云平台,云平台对数据进行处理,并部署基于BP神经网络的温湿度预测模型,实现PC端和移动端对环境参数的远程监控。试验表明,该系统操作方便、远程监控实时性好、精准度高且通信成功率达98.7%,孵化率和健雏率分别为94%、97.87%。减少孵化管理成本,提高孵化率和健雏率。推动家禽孵化产业朝信息化、智能化发展。 Incubation technology is one of the key technologies in the poultry incubation industry.In order to solve the problems existing in current incubation technology such as low real-time monitoring and low precision of regulation,a visual monitoring system based on LoRa and NB-IoT technology was designed.This system combined the advantages of LoRa and NB-IOT technologies to upload the incubation environment parameters to the OneNET cloud platform.The cloud platform processed the data and deployed the temperature and humidity prediction model based on the BP neural network to realize the remote monitoring of environmental parameters on PC and mobile terminals.The experiment showed that the system was easy to operate,real-time,and accurate in remote monitoring,and the communication success rate was 98.7%.The hatching rate and healthy hatching rate were 94%and 97.87%,respectively.The cost of incubation management was reduced,and the hatching rate and healthy hatching rate were improved.This system promotes the poultry hatching industry towards information and intelligent development.
