摘要
文章重点对比主链型苯并噁嗪与普通的苯并噁嗪所制覆铜板的性能。结果表明,由主链型苯并噁嗪所制备制的覆铜板具有介电性能优异、耐热性高、韧性好等优点,可改善目前苯并噁嗪在性能上所遇到的问题。
This paper focuses on the comparison of the properties of the main chain benzoxazine and ordinary benzoxazine. The results show that copper clad laminate prepared by main chain benzoxazine has excellent dielectric properties, high temperature resistance, good toughness, and has a broad application prospect in the field of high frequency. The problems in the performance of benzoxazine can be improved.
