摘要
介绍了高纯气体中容积无缝气瓶的结构和使用特点,探讨了此类气瓶主要失效模式以及目前采用的检验技术,并比较各种检验技术的有效性。分析表明,目前国内对普通工业气体气瓶的检验方法不适应于高纯气体气瓶的定期检验。同时分析了DOT标准、ISO标准采用的检验方法,提出以UT,AE等为基础的检验方法。实践证明,使用该方法可检测出大量传统检验方法无法发现的缺陷,通过对这些检验案例进行总结分析,对保障该类型气瓶安全运行给出了建议。
In this paper,the structural and use characteristics of high-purity gas medium volume seamless cylinder were introduced,the failure models of such cylinders and the current inspection technologies were investigated and the validity of various inspection technologies was also analyzed. By the failure mode analysis of the high-purity gas medium volume seamless cylinder,it was concluded that the current domestic inspection methods for general industrial gas cylinders are not suitable for periodic inspection of high-purity gas cylinders. Meanwhile,according to the inspection methods adopted in DOT and ISO standards,the inspection methods based on UT and AE,etc. were proposed. Practice proved that,by using this method,a lot of defects that cannot be found by the conventional inspection techniques can be detected. Through analysis and summary of these inspection cases,suggestions were given on guaranteeing the safe operation of this type of cylinders.
