摘要 针对现有超声探头对CNG储气井套管腐蚀和裂纹的检测准确度较低的问题,研发了一种CNG储气井套管检测系统,主要包括综合探头,综合探头内设置有超声模块、激光模块、数字电路固件和调制解调器。超声探头初步扫查出套管面腐蚀、坑腐蚀、轴向裂痕、周向裂痕等缺陷的形貌和分布情况,激光探头进一步细化确认上述缺陷的具体位置和每个缺陷的尺寸情况,从而提高对CNG储气井套管腐蚀和裂纹的检测准确度。通过该检测系统对预置缺陷的检测试验,缺陷检出率为93%,检测准确度高。研制的CNG储气井套管检测系统可为储气井套管的面腐蚀、坑腐蚀、轴向裂痕、周向裂痕等缺陷检测提供一种新的检测方案及研究基础。 In order to solve the problem of low accuracy of existing ultrasonic probes in detecting the corrosion and crack of CNG gas storage well casing, a CNG gas storage well casing detection system is developed, which mainly includes an integrated probe, which is equipped with ultrasonic module, laser module, digital circuit firmware and modulation demodulator. The ultrasonic probe preliminarily scanned the appearance and distribution of casing surface corrosion, pit corrosion, axial crack, circumferential crack and other defects, and the laser probe further refined and confirmed the specific location of the above defects and the size of each defect, so as to improve the accuracy of casing corrosion and crack detection for CNG gas storage wells. The detection results of the preset defects by using the detection system show that the defect detection rate is 93%, and the detection accuracy is high. The developed CNG gas storage well casing detection system can provide a new detection scheme and research basis for the detection of surface corrosion, pit corrosion,axial crack, circumferential crack and other defects in gas storage well casing.
