摘要
志贺氏菌是引起人类肠道疾病的常见致病菌,尤其在一些发展中国家致病率较高。为了有效地预防、治疗和控制水、饲料以及食物中的传染病,快速检测和鉴定志贺氏菌具有十分重要的意义。本文综述了近年来传统的志贺氏菌检测方法的进展,并介绍了这些方法的优缺点,为常规检验用志贺氏菌培养基的改进提供参考。
Shigella is a kind of common pathogenic bacteria causing human intestinal diseases, especially in some developing countries. In order to effectively prevent, treat and control infectious diseases in water, feed and food, rapid detection and identification of Shigella bacteria have great significance. This paper reviewed the progress of traditional Shigella detection methods in recent years, and introduced the advantages and disadvantages of these methods, so as to provide references for improving the culture medium of Shigella for routine test.
