摘要
为解决现今人工水压试验钢瓶检测效率低、人工需求大、数据采集与记录易错等问题,对水压试验中的钢瓶智能读码、单工位水压试验流程控制、多工位协调策略等方面进行了研究,设计并开发了一套多工位液化石油气钢瓶水压试验流水线,其主要包括视觉读码进瓶线、注水杆机构和水压试验小车;利用基于Windows操作系统和VB.NET软件开发的上位机程序实现了流水线的自动控制、各工位状态的实时监控、钢瓶编码数据的读取及记录;通过将该流水线实际应用于工厂,验证了设备的可行性和稳定性。研究结果表明:该流水线能够实现水压试验的自动化,大幅缩短单瓶平均检测时间,提高生产效率,提高数据准确度。
In order to solve problems of low efficiency,large manpower demands and data low accuracy caused by current manual detection,a set of multi-station liquefied petroleum gas cylinders hydrostatic test line was designed.The device was mainly divided into the visual identity line,the water injection rod and multi-station test car,based on the analyzing in the method of intelligent identification,flow control in hydrostatic test and the strategy of stations cooperation.And the host computer program,based on Windows and VB.NET,was applied on test line automation,real-time supervision along with data read and record.The test line was used in the factory to verify feasibility and stability.The experimental results show that,automatic hydrostatic test works well on above test line.More importantly,the test line effectively decreases the average detection time,increases production efficiency,data accuracy.
