摘要
本文综述了近年来螺旋藻藻蓝蛋白的提取、纯化、理化特性、生理活性及产品开发等方面的研究进展情况 ,并提出了未来几年研究的主要方向在于提取工艺。
In this paper,a study progress of later years was reviewed on extraction,purification,physicochemical properties,physiological activity and product development of Phycocyanin in Spirulina.And propose the main study direction will be on extraction procedure,drugs development and quality control methods in future.
