摘要 用硫酸铵沉淀法和透析技术制得天蓝色的藻蛋白,用乙醇沉淀法制得苍白色的藻多糖。将螺旋藻的藻蛋白和藻多糖做为小白鼠食物的添加剂,灌胃20天后做小鼠游泳耐受实验,并测定肌肉中琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性,游泳中血糖情况及螺旋藻中氨基酸含量。结果表明,服用藻蛋白、藻多糖可在长时运动中增强小白鼠的游泳耐力,提高SDH活性,阻抑血糖下降,藻蛋白的门冬氨酸丰富,促进三羧酸循环,提高有氧能力,可能是其提高运动耐力的生化机制。 The hyp.othesis that spirulina platensis (SP) enhances exercise tolerance was tested on mice. Sky-blue phycoprotein was prepared by ammonium sulphate precipitation and dialysis from SP, and pale phycopolysaccharide by precipitation with alcohol. Both phycoprotein and phy-copolysaccharide were used as additive to mice diets while ho additive to a control group. After twenty days the mice were tested for exercise tolerance in swimming, which showed a positive effect of SP. Muscle succinodehydrogenase (SDH) activity level, blood sugar during exercise, and amino acid content in SP were then determined with results showing that with rich asparagine in phycoprotein, it could increase the activity of SDH, inhibit the decrease of blood sugar level, thus improve the Krebs cycle and increase the potential of aerobic metabolism.
