摘要
研究了钝顶螺旋藻的培养条件,通过正交实验考察了pH值、光照度、温度和振荡速度对螺旋藻生长的影响.结果表明:pH值 9~10、光照度6000 lx、温度 33℃、转速 130 r·min-1、维生素B6加入量 5×10-5g·L-1时,钝顶螺旋藻生长良好,培养7 d,干重为0.6112 g·L-1.
The culture factors are studied by orthogonal experiment designs in order to optimize the growth conditions of the algae Sprulina platensis. The results show that the algae Sprulina platensis grows well under the conditions of light illumination 6000 lx, temperature 33℃, rotating speed 130 r·min^-1, pH value 9- 10, vitamin B6 5×10^-5g·L^-1. The dry weight is 6. 6112 g·L^-1 after 7 days' cultivation.
