Advances in Research on Bangia fusco-purpurea

摘要 红毛藻是产于福建南日岛一带海域的海藻,含有必需氨基酸、维生素、红藻多糖、不饱和脂肪酸、藻胆蛋白和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等多种生物活性物质,具有提高人体免疫力、治疗疾病、抗肿瘤、抗病毒等作用,还可应用于临床医学诊断和生物工程检测。从红毛藻组成成分、功能及应用3个方面进行综述,同时对其在未来的研发方向做出展望,以期为红毛藻的开发研究提供参考依据。 Bangia fusco-purpurea was a kind of seaweed which was produced in the sea area of Nanri Island, Fujian Province. It contained various essential biological amino acids, vitamins, red algae polysaccharides, unsaturated fatty acids, phycobiliproteins and superoxide dismutase(SOD). Human immunity, treatment of diseases, anti-tumor, anti-virus and other effects could also be applied to clinical medical diagnosis and bio-engineering. The composition, function and application of Bangia fusco-purpurea were reviewed, and the future research and development direction of Bangia fusco-purpurea were prospected, in order to provide reference for the development and research of Bangia fusco-purpurea.
