摘要 高校思想政治理论课教师职业认同水平关系到他们能否承担肩负的神圣使命和能否获得职业幸福感。通过对六所驻青岛高校思想政治理论课教师的职业认同状况进行调查,发现存在职业认知与职业意志的矛盾性,专业素养与专业使命的矛盾性及职业期望与职业声望的矛盾性等问题。折射出思想政治理论课教师的职业荣誉感、归属感、幸福感匮乏。为此,需要政府、学校和思想政治理论课教师通过政策支持、制度保障和提高专业素养来增强与促进职业认同。 Professional identity of teachers of ideological and political theory relates to whether they can bear their sacred mission and get professional happiness. By survey on professional identity of ideological and political theory teachers of six universities in Qingdao, it is discovered that the existence of contradictions on career awareness and career wills, professionalism and professional mission, career expectations and occupational prestige. It reflects the deficient in these teachers professional pride, the sense of belonging and happiness.Thus, government, universities and ideological and political theory teachers should strengthen and promote professional identity through policy supporting, system to protect and improving professionalism.
