摘要
高校教育工作的目标在于其能够为国家和社会培养和输送合格的接班人与建设者,而高校思想政治理论课教师自身所具备的素养与这一教育目标更是紧密相关。由于思想政治理论课教学在教育目标的实现方面发挥着主渠道作用,因此必须要提升高校思想政治理论课教师的教学水平,这就需要教师自身具备学术研究、问题与责任等几方面的意识,以便充分提升高校思想政治理论课教学的实效性。
The goal of college education work is that it can train and deliver qualified successors and builders for the country and society, and the quality of teachers in ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities is closely related to this educational goal.
