摘要
利用双因素水平分析对教学评估结果的可信度做出评估,同时不仅对教师教学水平进行评估,而且对评估人员水平也进行了评估.
This paper,by using double-factor horizontal analysis,estimates the reliability of teaching assessment results.It evaluates teachers' competence and assessors' competence as well.
