摘要
近年来,随着演出市场竞争的日益加剧、各类文化艺术信息的碎片化分布以及文化产业化的不断增强,表演艺术组织的认知能力逐渐成为市场行为决策的关键要素。本文运用访谈研究方法,结合内容分析法对表演艺术组织认知能力的共识、专业配置、认知等方面做分析,从认知视角对影响表演艺术组织市场行为决策的关键要素进行梳理,揭示表演艺术组织认知能力对市场行为决策的作用与影响。结合调研的23家表演艺术组织提出构建资源驱动型、公共平台驱动型以及产业融合型发展模式,为表演艺术组织发展提供可行性参考。
In recent years, with the increasing competition in the performance market, the fragmentation of various cultural and artistic information, and the increasing cultural industrialization,the cognitive ability of performing arts organizations has gradually become a key factor in market behavior decision-making. This article uses the interview research method, combined with the content analysis method to analyze the consensus, professional configuration and cognition of the cognitive ability of performing arts organizations, and combs the key elements that influence the market behavior decision-making of the organizations from the cognitive perspective, revealing the effect and influence of cognitive ability of Performing Arts Organizations to market behavior decision-making. Combined with the survey of 23 performing arts organizations, it proposes to build a resource-driven, public-platform-driven and industrial-integrated development mode to provide a feasible reference for the development of performing arts organizations.
