骨科护理临床带教中医护结合模式的应用价值探析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨骨科护理临床带教中医护结合模式的应用价值。方法:2011年12月-2012年12月来院骨科实习护生82名,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,各41人,对照组行传统护理带教,观察组采用医护结合模式进行护理带教,实习结束后安排两组护生进行护理查房,从护理评估、护理操作、护理计划等方面进行评估,并对两组护生进行骨科理论及护理论文考核。结果:观察组护生的骨科理论、护理论文、护理评估、护理操作、护理计划等得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将医护结合模式应用于骨科护理临床带教中可有效的提高护生的实习质量及综合素质,临床效果显著,值得推广和应用。 Objective:To explore the application value of Clinical Department of orthopedics nursing teaching mode of combining traditional Chinese medicine nursing.Methods:From December 2011 to December 2012, 82 nursing students in our hospital department of orthopedics were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each 41 people.The control group received traditional nursing teaching,while the observation group was treated with medical combination mode of nursing teaching. After the end of internship arrangements of two nursing students of nursing Richard real,from nursing assessment,nursing,nursing care plans and other aspects of the assessment,two nursing students on Department of orthopedics nursing theory and the appraisal.Results:The observation group of nursing students in Department of orthopedics,nursing theory,nursing assessment,the nursing care plan,scores were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The medical combination model applied in clinical department of orthopedics nursing practice quality and comprehensive quality can effectively improve the teaching of nursing students,clinical effect is significant,worthy of promotion and application.
