摘要
目的:探讨采用综合带教模式对骨外科实习护士进行带教的效果。方法:选择在江苏省句容市人民医院骨外科实习的60名实习护士作为研究对象。随机将这60名实习护士分为对照组与观察组(30名/组)。采用传统带教模式对对照组实习护士进行带教,采用综合带教模式对观察组实习护士进行带教。实习结束后,对比两组实习护士对专科知识、专科理论、解剖知识、手术护理配合方法、手术体位的摆放、实践操作等知识和技能掌握情况的评分。结果:观察组实习护士对专科知识、专科理论、解剖知识、手术护理配合方法、手术体位的摆放、实践操作等知识和技能掌握情况的综合评分高于对照组实习护士,P <0.05。结论:采用综合带教模式对骨外科实习护士进行带教的效果较为理想,可有效地提高其学习成绩。
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive teaching mode on the teaching of practice nurses in orthopaedic surgery.Methods:a total of 60 clinical nurses were selected from the department of orthopedics,jurong people’s hospital,jiangsu province.The 60 trainee nurses were randomly divided into control group and observation group(30/group).The traditional teaching mode was used to teach the practice nurses in the control group,and the comprehensive teaching mode was used to teach the practice nurses in the observation group.At the end of the internship,the scores of the two groups of intern nurses on the knowledge and skills of specialized knowledge,specialized theory,anatomical knowledge,surgical nursing coordination method,positioning of surgical position and practical operation were compared.Results:the comprehensive score of the intern nurses in the observation group on the knowledge and skills of specialty,specialty theory,anatomical knowledge,surgical nursing coordination method,placement of surgical position,practical operation and other knowledge and skills was higher than that of the intern nurses in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:the teaching effect of comprehensive teaching mode on the practice nurses of orthopaedic surgery is ideal and can effectively improve their academic performance.
