摘要
目的了解西安市7所高校学生艾滋病知识知晓率及对艾滋病教育的需求,为合理开展大学生艾滋病健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段整群抽样方法抽取西安市七所高校12 955名学生进行匿名封闭式问卷调查。结果联合国大会艾滋病特别会议(UNGASS)核心指标问题的绝对正确回答占8.94%;量化赋分的知晓率为18.54%;医学类院校知晓率最高,各高校间有统计学差异;四年级学生的知晓率最高,各年级间有统计学差异。91.03%的人认为学校开展艾滋病健康教育活动应从大一开始;84.34%的人非常和比较愿意参加艾滋病知识培训;参加过的健康教育活动类型最主要的是宣传栏和传单(60.80%);艾滋病知识来源途径主要为互联网(70.44%)等;艾滋病预防和治疗措施(77.23%)等是最希望了解的艾滋病信息;缺乏有效的健康教育模式(53.78%)等是学校艾滋病健康教育的主要不足之处。结论西安市大学生对艾滋病知识的知晓率较低,不及UNGASS的目标和国内防治艾滋病要求。应从学生需求角度出发,有针对地开展健康教育,提高学生艾滋病相关知识知晓率。
Objective To learn about the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge and the demands of AIDS education in 7 colleges in Xi′an,in order to explore scientific methods of health education for college students.Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 12 955 college students from 7 universities by using multistage cluster sampling.Results Only 8.94%students gave the definitely right answers to the core questions of UNGASS.Based on quantitative scoring,the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 18.54%.The awareness rate in medical colleges was the highest,with a statistical difference among universities.The fourth-grade students had the highest awareness rate,with the statistical difference between the grades.91.03%of students believed that the health education of AIDS should start in the first year of college.84.34%of students were willing or more willing to participate in AIDS knowledge training.The main types of health education activities were publicity boards and leaflets(60.80%).The main sources of AIDS knowledge were from internet(70.44%).The students were anxious to know the measures of AIDS prevention and treatment(77.23%).53.78%of students thought they lacked effective health education approaches.Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge is lower to reach UNGASS′s target and the requirements of AIDS prevention and treatment.Health education should be carried out to improve students′awareness rate of AIDS knowledge.
