摘要
目的评价西安市某区不同特征人群艾滋病防控知识的知晓水平,为进一步制定艾滋病防控策略与措施提供依据。方法采用中国疾病预防控制中心提供的调查问卷,应用典型抽样的方法在调查对象知情同意的前提下,通过一对一访谈的形式对辖区内流动人口、社区老年人、在校学生、暗娼(FSW)、男男性行为者(MSM)等5类不同人群进行调查。结果共纳入研究对象1338人,艾滋病防控知识总体知晓率为37.59%,其中流动人口、社区老年人、在校学生、FSW和MSM知晓率分别为60.28%、36.93%、14.53%、52.07%和50.60%。40~49岁年龄段知晓率最高(62.89%),<20岁最低(15.64%);文化程度以大专及以上知晓率最高(66.14%),初中文化程度知晓率最低(22.72%);在8个艾滋病知识防控问题中,问题“蚊虫叮咬会传播艾滋病吗?”的知晓率最低,仅为35.72%。结论西安市某区不同特征人群的艾滋病防控知识知晓率总体偏低,且各人群间差异较大,应根据不同人群的特点进行针对性宣传,加强艾滋病健康教育,以提高公众艾滋病知识知晓率。
Objective To analyze the awareness level of acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)prevention knowledge among different populations in a district of Xi′an,and provide a basis for formulating AIDS prevention strategies.Methods According to the questionnaire provided by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention,typical sampling methods were used to conduct face-to-face interviews about the knowledge of AIDS among the floating population,the community elderly,students,and female sex workers(FSW),men who have sex with men(MSM).Results A total of 1,338 people were investigated,and the population overall awareness rate was 37.59%,among which the awareness rates of floating population,community elderly,students,FSW and MSM were 60.28%,36.93%,14.53%,52.07%and 50.60%,respectively.Among different age groups,the awareness rate of the 40-49 age group was the highest(62.89%),and the lowest(15.64%)of the under-20 age group.The awareness rate of junior college education and above was the highest(66.14%),and the junior middle school education was the lowest(22.72%).Among the eight questions,the question"Can mosquito bites spread AIDS?"had the lowest awareness rate(35.72%).Conclusions The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among different populations in this area is generally low,and there are great differences among different populations.Therefore,targeted publicity and AIDS health education should be strengthened according to the characteristics of different populations,in order to improve the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge.
