医学与非医学专业大学生艾滋病知信行比较 被引量:15

摘要 目的了解医学和非医学专业学生艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为情况。方法采用自行设计问卷,对济南市两所大学的医学与非医学专业一、二、三年级472名学生进行横断面现场调查。结果被调查的大学生对艾滋病的传播途径、预防、诊断、治疗知识知晓率普遍超过80%。医学生对于蚊子叮咬和共用浴池不会传播艾滋病、使用一次性注射器可预防艾滋病的知识知晓率明显优于非医学专业学生(P<0.05);医学生“愿与艾滋病感染者继续交往”和“愿意参与预防艾滋病的宣传活动”的正确态度持有率明显高于非医学专业学生(P<0.05);医学生较非医学专业学生无偿献血率高,而性交时使用安全套的比例少(P<0.05)。结论被调查的大学生已掌握了一些艾滋病相关知识,但医学和非医学专业学生都缺乏自我保健和防范艾滋病的意识和技能。应结合学生特点有针对性地开展高校预防艾滋病健康教育工作。 Objective To evaluate AIDS NAB among medical and non-medical university students. Methods 472 students were sampled from grade 1, 2 and 3 in a medicine college and a non-medicine university in Shandong Province. A cross-sectional survey was conducted among those sampled students by self-designed questionnaire. Results Among all the surveyed students, over 80 % of them had the knowledge of AIDS transmission routes, prevention, diagno sis and treatment. Medical students were significantly better than non-medical students in the judgment aspects that stringed by mosquito and sharing plunge bath won't spread AIDS (P 〈 0.05 ). Medical students were more apt to keep friends with AIDS infectors and attended propagandistic activity for AIDS prevention than non-medical students (P 〈 0.05 ). They would also like to volunteer donating blood and have sex without condom (P〈0.05). Conclusion The surveyed students have mastered lots of AIDS knowledge, but medical and non-medlcal students are lack of consciousness and skills about health care and AIDS prevention. Efficient work should be done according to the characteristic of students in AIDS prevention health education field.
